Support Articles

The Support Articles section is a knowledge base where you can create and manage help articles for your users.

Managing Articles
  • Title: The title of the support article.
  • Category: The category the article belongs to.
  • Last Modified: The date and time the article was last updated.
  • Actions:
    • Edit: Click the pencil icon to edit the article.
    • Delete: Click the trash can icon to delete the article.
  • You can also use the Actions dropdown menu for bulk actions:
    • Publish: Publishes selected articles.
    • Unpublish: Unpublishes selected articles.
    • Feature: Marks articles as Featured.
    • Unfeature: Removes Featured status.
    • Delete: Deletes selected articles.
Creating and Editing Articles
  • Title: Enter the article title.
  • Slug: Auto-generated, unique identifier.
  • Content: Use the editor to write your article content.
  • Category: Assign the relevant category.
  • Published: Check to make the article visible to users.
  • Featured: Check to mark the article as Featured.
  • Click Create or Update to save your changes.
Public View of Articles
  • Welcome Message: Header with a welcome note and total articles count.
  • Search Bar: Users can search articles by keyword.
  • Featured Articles: Shows articles marked as Featured.
  • Browse by Category: Articles organized under categories, with counts. Clicking opens full content.
