Configure Your Support Desk

Support Settings allow you to customize how your help desk operates, including general information, ticket management, and categorization. You can access these settings from the main menu on the left side of the screen.

The General Settings section allows you to configure the basic information for your support desk. These settings control what your users see in emails and across the system.

Field Description
Support Desk Name This name is displayed throughout your support system, including outgoing emails. Example: Codeglen Support.
Support Desk Email This email address is used to send important updates and notifications to users. Example: support@yourdomain.com.
Make sure to fill in all fields. If any required fields are left blank, the plugin will not be able to send emails.

After entering the required information, click the Update button to save your changes.
