Organize Tickets with Tags

Ticket Tags help you categorize and identify tickets quickly. Tags act like labels that can be added to tickets, making it easier to sort, search, and filter them.

Option Description
Add New Tag Click the Add New Tag button to create a new label for tickets.
Tag Name Enter a descriptive name for the tag. Example: Installation, Billing, Technical Issue.
Color Choose a color for the tag to help visually distinguish it from others.
You can delete existing tags anytime by clicking the trash can icon next to the tag name.

After creating or editing tags, click Save Changes to apply your updates.
